This Snubber Program Training course focuses on regulatory and code driven examination and testing bases, requirements, and implementation. Course Content & Structure
The objective of this course is to establish a clear understanding of the Snubber Program and its implementation in accordance with the requirements of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Code of Federal Regulations 10CFR50.55a and the ASME OM Code Subsection ISTD. Important contemporary developments of snubber programs are discussed with focus on improvements and emphasis on program and personnel transitions, owners’ responsibilities, and examination, testing, and service life monitoring plans.

Each attendee will receive a Certificate of Completion for 1.5 Continuing Education Units (CEU) credits to qualify for 15 Professional Development Hours (PDH) needed to fulfill Professional Engineers continuing education requirements. The credits will be awarded without authorization. It is the attendee’s responsibility to keep and present the certificate to any organization that requires such.
